4) Utmost efforts will be made to ensure all items are in correct & good condition before mailing.
5) All items are Nett in Singapore Dollars(exclude postage / registered mail / delivery charge)
6) Free island wide residential delivery areas available for purchase more than $100 within 5
working days from date of payment received. Delivery to CBD area can be arrange on a case-by-
case basis. We do not do delivery to Jurong island, Tuas, Pulau Ubin.
7) An order confirmation email which indicates payment details will be send to you within 3 working
days after we receive the Order Form. Please wait for our email before making payment. Kindly
ensure the email address you have given is correct.
8) There will not be any refund for order cancellation for items mailed / received. Exchange of items
due to manufacturer's fault will be review on case-by-case basis. We do check that the items are
in good condition before mailing.
9) mtbc encourage buyers to opt for Registered Mail as the parcels sent can be traced on both
side. mtbc shall not be liable for any Lost Mails in the event the buyer chooses to receive the
parcel by Local Normal Postage.
